Our highly qualified team of Reformer Pilates Instructors lead our group classes at our boutique Reformer Pilates studios in Guildford and Darlington. We are fortunate to have such a talented instructing team, with many of our instructors also holding impressive tertiary qualifications in various fields such as physiotherapy, exercise, sports and rehabilitation science, nutrition, Chinese medicine along with qualifications in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre and Clinical Pilates.

    We are incredibly fortunate to have such a talented and highly experienced Senior Pilates Instructor and Studio Manager on board the team at Manna.

    After living in the UK for 11 years, Barbi now lives in Perth and is eager to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives here. Barbi is a certified personal trainer, pre and post-natal coach and Lagree instructor, with extensive experience in Reformer Pilates at some of London’s top boutique fitness studios. She also has a wealth of experience in injury prevention, corrective training and specialised training for pregnant and post-natal clients.

    Barbi believes in a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating meditation, yoga, and breathwork into her own personal practice. She tailors every session to focus on both body and mind, fostering a holistic approach that considers overall well-being and encourages mental clarity alongside physical fitness.

    Laura is a practicing musculoskeletal physiotherapist and reformer Pilates instructor with extensive experience with 1:1 instructing and group classes. Laura is highly skilled in developing uniquely tailored session plans and identifying and catering for client with injuries/pain difficulties.

    Alexandra has a Double Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Health & Movement Science, as well as certifications in Matwork & Reformer Pilates. She has completed additional training in Prenatal, Postpartum & Pelvic Floor in Pilates and is committed to continued education and learning, to stay up to date with current evidence and research.

    From a young age she grew up playing competitive Baseball and Softball, and proudly represented Western Australia and Australia for many years. Her passion for movement led her to attending a specialist sporting college for high school, before gaining early entry into University to complete her studies in Sport, Health & Movement Sciences.

    Starting Pilates was a transformative part of her movement journey, and after experiencing the many positive benefits; building of strength, improving mobility and enhancing her overall physical and mental health to name a few. This inspired her to become a certified instructor and to share the practice with others, to help them build sustainable routines to support their health long term.

    As an instructor and our Studio Educator, her approach is grounded in intentional movement, strong technique, and nurturing a mind–body connection to help you feel your best. Her classes are supportive, progressive and designed to start and build from a strong baseline and gradually challenge you in all the right ways.

    Alexandra brings her strong knowledge of the body and love of movement to every class she teaches. She loves creating a warm and welcoming space, where all clients enjoy themselves and feel genuinely cared for along the way.

    Gabriella is a certified Reformer Pilates instructor. Our Pilates community is always raving about Gab's creativity and unique class plans as well as her warmth and genuine care for people.

    Growing up very sports oriented, Gabriella lived an active lifestyle. But after finishing school she came down with intense fatigue due to illness and that’s when she found a love for low impact Pilates. She now studies part-time Chinese Medicine and Functional Nutrition as well as completing her Diploma of Clinical Pilates. She just loves how Pilates supports one’s wellbeing, increases mobility and gives anyone the chance to gain in strength and confidence.

    Leah loves to create a fun and welcoming environment for her classes. She loves to motivate her clients to get the most out of the class. She loves to add lots of spicy sequences that will have you feeling the burn and feeling amazing by the end of class!

    Grace brings a unique blend of artistry and resilience to her Pilates teaching. With a background in ballet, she first discovered Pilates during her rehabilitation from an injury, where it became a vital tool for recovery and strength. Years later, while working a desk job, she returned to Pilates as a way to reconnect with movement and quickly fell in love with its creativity and flow.

    For Grace, Pilates is more than exercise; it’s a creative outlet and a chance to share mindful movement with others. She loves the contrast it brings to her day-to-day work, and finds joy in meeting clients, guiding them through classes and watching their progress.

    You’ll find Grace teaching on Sundays in Guildford and occasionally covering classes, bringing her passion, precision and warmth to every session.

    Georgia is a certified Pilates instructor with a lifelong love of movement, shaped by years of sports and an active lifestyle. Having recently completed university, she is now training to step into a physiotherapist role, working with children with neurological conditions - while continuing to teach Pilates on the side.

    She loves creating fun, seamless, and flowing classes that inspire clients to challenge themselves and discover they’re capable of more than they think. Her goal is for everyone to leave feeling accomplished—with smiles and leg shakes ;)

    Sandra combines her expertise as a podiatrist with her passion for Pilates to deliver a truly holistic approach to movement and wellbeing. With a deep understanding of biomechanics and foot health, she helps clients move safely and effectively, tailoring each session to support individual goals. Sandra’s classes are known to be “spicy” whilst focusing on alignment, strength and mindful movement.  She empowers clients to feel confident and connected in their bodies.

    Sophie first discovered Pilates during rehab for an injury she had while completing full-time dance training. She found it so beneficial for injury recovery and that it complimented her dance training really well. Sophie loves how Pilates leaves you feeling grounded and connected to your body, challenged but uplifted. This is what she aims to create in her classes, movement that leaves you feeling good. She also believes that Pilates is for everyone and aims to make her classes welcoming for all ages and abilities.

    Our senior instructor, Sammy, is broadly skilled with an elite gymnastics background, tertiary level qualifications in exercise, sports and rehabilitation science and psychology as well as her Pilates training. She is committed to developing strong, respectful relationships in the studio to provide a safe and encouraging environment for clients.
