The Team Reformer

Step away from the workplace and bring your team together through movement. This private Team Reformer Pilates class offers a fun, energising team-building experience designed to strengthen connection, boost morale and leave everyone feeling refreshed. Perfect as a one-off or ongoing weekly/monthly team wellbeing session.

  • Your session is thoughtfully adapted on the day to suit your group’s energy, experience and goals. Whether your group is completely new to Pilates or more experienced (or a mix of both), your instructor will guide the class in a way that feels fun and engaging for everyone involved.

    From higher-energy movement to something a little more grounding and restorative, the session is shaped around your group so it feels natural, balanced and enjoyable from start to finish.

  • Our Guildford studio accommodates up to 12 reformers, and our Darlington studio accommodates up to 7.

    For larger groups, we can offer back-to-back sessions - allowing your group to rotate so everyone has the chance to participate (while the other half enjoys time to mingle and connect).
