This private, instructor-led session is designed exclusively for your group in a calm, welcoming studio environment.

  • Your session is thoughtfully adapted on the day to suit your group’s energy, experience and goals. Whether your group is completely new to Pilates or more experienced (or a mix of both), your instructor will guide the class in a way that feels fun and engaging for everyone involved.

    From higher-energy movement to something a little more grounding and restorative, the session is shaped around your group so it feels natural, balanced and enjoyable from start to finish.

  • Enjoy full, private access to our studio during your session.

    The space is yours to settle in, move freely and connect with your group without interruption, creating a calm, uninterrupted environment that feels considered and private from the moment you arrive.

  • Our Guildford studio accommodates up to 12 reformers, and our Darlington studio accommodates up to 7.

    For larger groups, we can offer back-to-back sessions - allowing your group to rotate so everyone has the chance to participate (while the other half enjoys time to mingle and connect).

Our most elevated private group experience, designed for birthdays, hens, team celebrations and special occasions where you want a little more of everything. Thoughtfully curated, it brings together movement, styling and shared moments in a beautifully considered studio setting. Includes everything in The Celebrate, with extended studio time, enhanced styling and more immersive details for a next-level experience.

  • Step into our beautiful studio and enjoy a fully private Reformer Pilates session designed exclusively for your group.

    Perfect for birthdays, hens or special group celebrations, this is a shared experience designed to bring people together through movement in a beautifully considered, next-level group setting.

  • Grip socks from the Move Active range are provided for each guest, with a selection of styles available on the day so everyone can choose a pair that feels personal and special.

  • Your session is thoughtfully tailored by a Manna instructor to suit your group’s energy, experience and goals. Whether you’re new to Pilates, more experienced, or a mix of both, the class is guided in a way that feels engaging, supportive and enjoyable for everyone.

    You’re also welcome to customise your session style in advance, choosing between Signature Flow, Sculpt & Sweat or Stretch & Flex, each shaping the tone of the class, from more dynamic, energising movement to a slower, more grounding and restorative flow.

    To set the atmosphere, we can curate a playlist for your group, or you’re welcome to play your own via Spotify through our studio sound system.
