Our reformer Pilates Guildford studio provides a calm and peaceful place to develop strength, flexibility, and balance.
We pride ourselves on providing some of the highest quality reformer Pilates in Guildford and surrounds with small class sizes and an individualised, tailored approach to health and wellness.
All of our instructors are highly qualified, with our core staff holding tertiary level qualifications in various health fields (including physiotherapy) and high level qualifications in Reformer Pilates.

Our Clinical Psychologists provide assessment and treatment for a range of mental health mental difficulties for adults, adolescents, and children.
We take a holistic approach to psychological wellness and provide highly qualified and experienced psychologists which Guildford locals and nearby residents can access for clinical expertise in a warm and non-intimidating environment.
Medicare rebates and/or private health insurance is available for all our Guildford psychologists.
physiotherapy
Manna Wellness Guildford offers a range of physiotherapy services including general physiotherapy assessment and treatment, specialised respiratory physiotherapy and clinical exercise sessions (including clinical Pilates).
All of our Physiotherapy sessions are claimable under Private Health Insurance (or Medicare under a Chronic Disease Management Plan) and can be booked online. We offer in-clinic claiming so you can claim your rebate on the spot.

Our Pilates and Wellness Clinic Guildford also offers both private and small group clinical Pilates classes with our Senior Physiotherapist, for those requiring a little more tailored approach, injury management and/or a smooth introduction to reformer Pilates in Guildford.

remedial massage

At Manna Wellness, we provide well-rounded, high quality and holistic occupational therapy care at our Guildford wellness clinic.
Through a client-centred approach, our Occupational Therapists will provide ongoing assessment to empower children, teens, young adults and parents with strategies to improve skills and behaviours and support wellbeing and participation in meaningful occupational roles.

Confused about what you should be eating? With all the conflicting advice out there, Manna Wellness Guildford provides simple meal plans that take the worry and stress out of what to eat.
We currently provide general meal plans and individualised meal plans (which include a 20-minute discovery call) designed by our resident clinical nutrition expert so that you can get your nutritional health back on track with ease.
