While all of our instructors are highly skilled in working with all levels, this guide is here to help you find a class and instructor that best suits your experience, goals and comfort in the studio. Barbi is our Studio Manager and one of the most welcoming faces at Manna. Her classes are a beautiful place to begin if you are new, returning to movement or building confidence on the reformer. Her signature Reformer classes are supportive, grounding, and ideal for learning the foundations at your own pace.
Barbi also teaches Sculpt & Sweat and Advanced Reformer, which are more energising and dynamic class styles. These sessions are best enjoyed once you’ve had a little time to feel confident in your Reformer practice and are ready for a more challenging flow.

REFORM & RELEASE

Our Reform & Release class is the perfect combination of our signature Reformer Pilates class together with tension release and restorative stretches. Start with a dynamic, high-energy Reformer Pilates session focusing on strength, balance and flexibility. Transition into a slower-paced trigger point release using massage balls, followed by deep, restorative stretches.

JUMPBOARD PILATES

Discover a new energy with our Jumpboard Pilates class. While still rooted in the principles of Reformer Pilates - strength, alignment and flexibility - this class brings a dynamic twist. MUMS & BUBS
🌿Suitable for all levels, including beginners
Looking for gentle movement pre- or post-partum but don’t have care for your little one? Bring bub along to our Manna Mums & Bub Pilates classes every Wednesday and Friday morning. Little ones can enjoy tummy time on the mats or join in beside you -whatever suits.
Stay after Friday’s class for coffee or tea at Padbury’s, our treat. A lovely chance to unwind and connect with other mums.

VI.
FIZZ & FLOW
🌿Suitable for all levels, including beginners
Join us for our Fizz & Flow series, happening once a month on a Friday! Experience a lively 45-minute Reformer Pilates class that gets your heart pumping, followed by a chance to relax with drinks and socialising. Each session features a unique theme and drink - like ‘Pilates and Prosecco’ - promoting a sense of community and connection. It’s the perfect way to celebrate your hard work and enjoy a fun evening with like-minded people!
