At Manna Wellness, we pride ourselves on providing an intimate Reformer Pilates experience with small class sizes, to ensure our clients receive an individualised, tailored approach to their health and wellbeing.

Our Services

Situated within the historic Guildford village, our studio is conveniently located next to iconic eateries, cafes and retail shops making it a perfect place to work out and also grab a coffee or brunch after a morning class.
We ensure our instructors are highly qualified and competent, with our core Pilates Instructors holding tertiary level qualifications in various fields such as physiotherapy, exercise, sports and rehabilitation science, together with high level qualifications in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre Pilates and Clinical Pilates (just to name a few!)
Manna Wellness Guildford offers both private and small group Clinical Pilates sessions. Our Clinical Pilates sessions are led by our resident Senior Physiotherapist and combine reformer pilates and specific rehabilitative clinical exercises that are tailored to your particular injuries and goals. These sessions are claimable under Private Health Insurance as a physiotherapist-led exercise program.

Our memberships are designed to suit all client types and levels, providing an intimate reformer experience with no more than 8 clients per class. With all memberships, we don’t lock you in for a set contract length so you can cancel at any time (with 28 days’ notice).
