This is more than a Pilates program, it’s a guided journey back to feeling vibrant, strong and in control.
Here’s what’s included:
9 x Reformer Pilates classes (3 x per week) in either of our beautiful, non-judgmental studios (that’s access to 70+ classes per week)
Initial small group introduction session with our Principal Clinical Psychologist and Senior Pilates Instructor to introduce you to the studio and troubleshoot barriers making sustainable progress difficult for you.
Custom Manna Wellness journal to set your intentions and track progress

Welcome to Your 21-Day Reset Program
Your journey begins with a personalised orientation session on your chosen start date and time. During this intimate induction (limited to two small groups of five), our Senior Pilates Instructor, Molly, will warmly welcome you, introduce you to the studio, and guide you through the reformer equipment to ensure you feel confident and at ease from day one.
This session is also an opportunity to explore your personal goals and intentions for the program. Both Molly and our Senior Clinical Psychologist, Greg, will be on hand to discuss your health and wellbeing aspirations. Together, you'll identify any unique barriers to building consistent habits, and begin shaping a routine that supports lasting change.
As part of your induction, you’ll also receive your Wellness Journal and a pair of Pilates grip socks, so you'll be fully prepared to begin your classes.
After your induction, you're free to book any classes that suit your lifestyle over the next 21 days. If you need help creating a schedule that fits seamlessly into your routine, Molly will be happy to assist you during the session.
We’re excited to share this tailored, transformative program with you and can’t wait to see your strength, confidence, and vibrance grow over the coming weeks.

We recommend attending three sessions per week throughout the 21-day program to gain the most from your experience. That said, we completely understand that life can be busy—whether it’s due to work commitments, FIFO rosters, or family responsibilities. If three sessions aren’t feasible, you're absolutely welcome to attend two sessions per week instead. This can also be a great option if you’re seeking a gentler, more manageable pace.
Please note, attending fewer than two classes per week may limit the benefits you receive from the program.

If you are new to Pilates then this is for you! You do not require any previous pilates or reformer pilates experience to attend our classes. We pride ourselves on maintaining an intimate environment where our highly experienced team of instructors can tailor and adapt all classes to suit all levels.
If you are injured or pregnant, then this is also for you and is an ideal introduction for you into the world of reformer pilates! Please discuss this with Molly on your first session and she will be sure to inform our highly experienced instructors who will adapt sessions to suit your needs. Comfortable exercise clothing is suitable for the induction session and all classes. Of course you may bring a drink bottle to your classes to ensure you stay fully hydrated!
