REFER A FRIEND GIVEAWAY – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promoter

Competition period
The competition opens on Sunday, 1 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AWST on Tuesday 24 November 2026 (Competition Period).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals who:
Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Meet all entry requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions.
Have access to the Manna Wellness app and its Refer a Friend feature.
Are not excluded from entering under these Terms & Conditions.
Manna Wellness reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of an entrant's age and eligibility.
How to enter
To submit a valid initial entry during the Competition Period, an entrant must complete all of the following steps:
Use the Refer a Friend feature in the Manna Wellness app to refer a friend who is new to Manna Wellness.
Ensure that the referred friend purchases the Manna Wellness Intro Offer through the entrant's unique referral link during the Competition Period.
Ensure that both the entrant and the referred friend follow Manna Wellness on either Instagram (@mannawellness_) or Facebook (Manna Wellness).
Share the official competition Reel or post to their Instagram or Facebook Story or feed during the Competition Period.
Take a photo with a friend using the Pilates Is Better Together selfie frame at either the Manna Wellness Guildford or Darlington studio, then share the photo to their Instagram or Facebook Story or feed and tag Manna Wellness.
The selfie-frame photo may be taken with any friend and does not have to be taken with the referred friend.
The hashtag #WinAYearOfPilates is encouraged but is not compulsory.
The initial entry will only be valid once all required steps have been completed and the referred friend's qualifying purchase has been made.
Additional entries
Entrants may earn additional entries by referring additional friends who are new to Manna Wellness.
For each additional entry:
The additional friend must purchase the Manna Wellness Intro Offer through the entrant's unique referral link during the Competition Period.
Both the entrant and the additional referred friend must follow Manna Wellness on either Instagram (@mannawellness_) or Facebook (Manna Wellness).
The referral and purchase must satisfy the applicable requirements of the Manna Wellness Refer a Friend feature.
Each additional qualifying referral earns one additional entry. Entrants are not required to reshare the official competition Reel or post, or take and share another selfie-frame photo, for each additional referral. These social-sharing requirements only need to be completed once for the entrant's initial entry.
Each referred friend and qualifying purchase may only count once. Self-referrals, duplicate referrals, fraudulent entries and referrals that do not satisfy these requirements will not qualify.
Social media sharing and verification
Sharing may take place on Instagram or Facebook, on a Story or feed post, as permitted by the relevant platform.
Entrants should tag the relevant Manna Wellness account or page when sharing.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of an entry, including screenshots showing the relevant social media username and shared content, or evidence of a qualifying referral and purchase.
Entrants should retain screenshots of their Stories or posts until the competition has been finalised, as Stories may expire or may not be visible to the Promoter.
If an entrant cannot provide reasonable evidence that the entry requirements have been met, the Promoter may deem the entry invalid.
Referral credits
In addition to competition entries, the Manna Wellness Refer a Friend program provides a $5 referral credit to the referring person and a $5 referral credit to the referred friend when the referred friend makes a qualifying purchase through the referral link, in accordance with the applicable Refer a Friend program terms.
Each credit is automatically applied to the recipient's next eligible purchase at Manna Wellness, subject to the applicable program conditions.
Referral credits are separate from the competition prize and do not have a cash redemption value. They do not replace or guarantee a competition entry; all competition entry requirements must still be met.
Prize
The prize consists of two Pilates memberships for one year, with one membership awarded to the winning entrant and one to their nominated friend.
Each membership permits attendance at two Pilates classes per week at Manna Wellness, subject to the applicable membership terms and conditions published on the Manna Wellness website.
The total retail value of the prize is $5,824.
The winner may nominate their friend in accordance with the Promoter's instructions. [Confirm whether the nominated friend must be the referred friend or may be another person.]
The prize:
Is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Cannot be exchanged for another product, service or membership.
Is subject to Manna Wellness's applicable membership terms and conditions, including booking requirements, class availability and any relevant restrictions.
Must be accepted and claimed within the period specified by Manna Wellness.
Any costs not expressly included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their nominated friend.
Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected by random draw on Thursday 25 November 2026 from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
Each valid initial entry counts as one entry, and each additional qualifying referral counts as one additional entry.
The winner will be contacted by by email, phone or social media direct message using the contact details or account information available to Manna Wellness.
The winner must respond and claim the prize within 3 Business Days of being notified. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the specified period, is ineligible or has submitted an invalid entry, Manna Wellness may conduct a redraw, subject to applicable laws and any required approvals.
Manna Wellness may request proof of identity, age, eligibility and compliance with the entry requirements before awarding the prize.
Invalid entries
Manna Wellness may disqualify an entry that:
Does not satisfy these Terms & Conditions.
Contains false, misleading or incomplete information.
Involves fraudulent activity, duplicate qualifying referrals or attempts to manipulate the competition.
Cannot be reasonably verified when evidence is requested.
Is submitted by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
Manna Wellness will exercise its discretion reasonably and in accordance with applicable laws.
Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the competition will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and award the prize.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Manna Wellness’ applicable privacy policy and relevant privacy laws.
General conditions
Manna Wellness reserves the right to take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the competition and to disqualify entries that breach these Terms & Conditions.
If circumstances beyond Manna Wellness’ reasonable control require a change to, suspension of or cancellation of the competition, Manna Wellness may take appropriate action to the extent permitted by law and subject to any required regulatory approval.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Membership Terms, Studio Policies and Conduct
The winning entrant and their nominated friend must comply with all applicable Manna Wellness membership terms and conditions, studio policies, safety requirements, participation guidelines and any required waivers or acknowledgements, as amended from time to time. These requirements apply to prize memberships in the same way they apply to paying members.
Manna Wellness is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for clients, practitioners and staff. Manna Wellness reserves the right to suspend or terminate either prize membership, in accordance with its applicable policies and subject to applicable law, where a member engages in misconduct, abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, breaches studio policies, disregards reasonable staff instructions, or otherwise compromises the safety or wellbeing of others or the proper operation of the studio.
Where appropriate, Manna Wellness may provide a warning or an opportunity to address the conduct before taking further action. However, Manna Wellness may suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to protect the experience, safety or wellbeing of clients, staff or other persons.
If a prize membership is suspended or terminated under this clause, the affected member will have no entitlement to cash compensation, a replacement prize or an extension of the membership period, except where required by law.
Instagram and Facebook disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram and Facebook from any responsibility in connection with this promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
