MANNA REWARDS CLUB – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
The Manna Rewards Club is available to all clients who attend classes at Manna Wellness.
Milestones are based on completed class visits only.
Manna reserves the right to verify eligibility for rewards and milestone recognition.
Program Commencement & Previous Visits
The Manna Rewards Club commenced on 3 June 2026.
Class visits completed prior to the launch date may contribute toward a client's current milestone status. However, milestone rewards are not retrospectively cumulative.
Clients who have already exceeded multiple milestones at the time of launch will receive recognition for their current highest milestone only and will not receive all previous milestone rewards retrospectively.
Manna reserves the right to determine milestone recognition and reward allocation in all cases.
Visit Counting
Only completed attended classes count toward milestone totals. Late cancellations and non-attended classes do not count.
Visit counts are tracked through Manna's booking system and are generally considered accurate and final unless an administrative error has occurred.
Class visits are counted across all Manna Wellness studio locations.
Milestone Rewards
Rewards are awarded at the following milestones:
• 100 Club
• 250 Club
• 500 Club
• 750 Club
• 1000 Club
Rewards, perks and inclusions may vary over time and are subject to change at any time and from time to time at the discretion of Manna Wellness.
All Manna Rewards Club rewards, benefits and milestone recognitions are personal to the client and are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for alternative products or services unless otherwise stated by Manna.
Rewards may not be issued immediately upon reaching a milestone and may be distributed within a reasonable timeframe following milestone achievement.
Manna reserves the right to:
• substitute rewards with items of similar value
• modify milestone inclusions
• update or discontinue parts of the program at any time
Ongoing Benefits & Eligibility
Rewards, perks and benefits are only available to clients with an active membership or active class pack.
Clients who cease attending Manna may retain milestone recognition but may lose access to ongoing perks or benefits associated with the Manna Rewards Club.
Merchandise Discounts
Eligible clients may receive merchandise discounts depending on their milestone level.
Discounts:
• apply to eligible Manna merchandise only
• excludes gift cards and external stocked brands
• requires presentation of a valid Manna Rewards Club keyring at the time of purchase
• cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise specified by Manna
Guest Passes
Guest passes are subject to the following conditions:
• standard studio booking policies apply
• guest passes must be used within the stated expiry periods below
• expired guest passes cannot be extended or reinstated
Guest pass expiry:
• 500 Club: 2 guest passes valid for 12 months
• 750 Club: 4 guest passes valid for 12 months
• 1000 Club: Private Group Class valid for 12 months
Manna reserves the right to refuse or cancel guest bookings where necessary.
Waitlist Priority
Waitlist priority is offered at selected milestone levels.
Waitlist priority:
• does not guarantee entry into classes
• is subject to class capacity and operational requirements
• may vary depending on scheduling and studio demand
• does not override studio capacity or safety limits
Manna reserves the right to adjust or remove waitlist priority benefits at any time.
Complimentary Private Group Booking
1000 Club members are eligible for one complimentary "The Private" booking per calendar year.
The Private:
• is subject to instructor and studio availability
• must be booked in advance
• is valid for a standard Private booking as outlined on the Manna Wellness website
• cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative services
• cannot be transferred to another person
• does not roll over into future years if unused
Manna reserves the right to apply standard booking conditions to all Private bookings.
Spontaneous Perks
Spontaneous perks are surprise-and-delight benefits offered at Manna's discretion.
These perks:
• are not guaranteed
• may vary between members and milestone levels
• may change throughout the year
• cannot be requested, transferred or exchanged
Reward Collection
Clients may be required to collect milestone gifts or merchandise from the studio.
Where sizes or product selections are involved:
• availability is subject to stock levels
• Manna cannot guarantee all sizing or colour preferences
• alternative items may be offered where necessary
Where apparel rewards are included, sizes are subject to availability at the time of redemption.
Keyring Replacement
Lost, stolen or damaged Manna Rewards Club keyrings may incur a replacement fee and must be replaced before ongoing rewards club benefits linked to the keyring can be redeemed.
Photography & Social Media
As part of the Manna Rewards Club, milestone celebrations may include photography, Polaroids and other content captured for display within the studio, on the Manna Tree, on Manna's website and across social media channels.
By participating in milestone celebrations and accepting Manna Rewards Club rewards, clients acknowledge that photographs and content may be taken and used by Manna Wellness for promotional, marketing and community recognition purposes.
Clients who do not wish to be photographed or have their images shared must notify the Manna team prior to their milestone celebration or reward collection. Manna will always respect and accommodate such requests.
Manna will take reasonable care to ensure all content is used respectfully and in a manner consistent with the Manna Wellness brand and community values.
Misuse of the Program
Manna reserves the right to withhold, revoke or refuse rewards, perks or benefits where misuse, abuse or manipulation of the program is suspected.
Program Changes
Manna Wellness reserves the right to add, remove, modify, substitute or discontinue any reward, benefit, milestone, inclusion, eligibility requirement or feature of the Manna Rewards Club at any time.
Manna reserves the right to:
• amend these Terms & Conditions
• pause or discontinue the Manna Rewards Club at any time, with or without prior notice
Any updates will take effect once published on the Manna website or communicated to clients.
