INSTRUCTOR LEAVE & COVER REQUEST

Your regular teaching schedule is an ongoing commitment to Manna and its clients. We understand that planned leave, illness and unexpected circumstances arise, however, instructors are responsible for making all reasonable efforts to arrange suitable cover.

Before submitting this form, please follow the Instructor Leave and Cover Procedure and contact the Core Team and, where required, the Cover Team.

Planned leave should be submitted as soon as your dates are known and at least four weeks in advance wherever possible. For illness or an urgent emergency, contact Barbi and begin seeking cover immediately, do not wait for this form to be reviewed.

Submitting this form does not automatically mean your leave or cover arrangement has been approved. You remain responsible for your scheduled classes until suitable cover has been secured and formally confirmed by management.
