MAT PILATES

While our Yin offers more of a deeply restorative experience, guiding you through long-held, floor-based poses supported by props such as bolsters and eye pillows. Combined with calming elements like essential oils and gentle meditation, this class promotes deep release —perfect for unwinding and replenishing.

PHYSIO-LED clinicAL PILATES
Manna Wellness offers both private and small group Clinical Pilates sessions at both its Guildford and Darlington locations. Our Clinical Pilates sessions are led by our resident Senior Physiotherapist and combine reformer pilates and specific rehabilitative clinical exercises that are tailored to your particular injuries and goals. These sessions are claimable under Private Health Insurance as a physiotherapist-led exercise program.
PRIVATE REFORMER SESSIONS
We offer personalised Reformer and floor-based Pilates sessions at both our Darlington and Guildford studios, led by our experienced Senior Instructors, Barbi Viragh and Molly Greenfield. These one-on-one sessions blend Pilates with targeted rehabilitation to support your individual goals, fitness level, or recovery needs.
Private sessions are ideal if you're new to Pilates, recovering from injury, working toward a specific goal, or simply looking for more personalised guidance.
