Attendance & Appointment Policy
These policies help ensure fair access to appointments and support our clinicians’ time.
At Manna Wellness, we are committed to providing high-quality, consistent care for every client. Maintaining regular attendance and providing sufficient notice for appointment changes helps us support your treatment goals while ensuring appointment availability for the wider community.
We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible.
Clinical Psychology Appointments
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is provided, the following fees apply:
Within 48 hours: $70 fee
Within 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee
Within 12 hours or non-attendance: Full fee charged
Please note: Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.
If you are unwell and unable to attend in person, telehealth appointments may be available where clinically appropriate. Please contact our team prior to your appointment so we can arrange this with your clinician.
Physiotherapy & massage Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is provided, the following fees apply:
Within 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee
Within 12 hours or non-attendance: Full fee charged
Please note: Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.
Reminders & Weekend Cancellations
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via SMS and email approximately 72 hours before your appointment. If you are not receiving reminders, please check your spam folder or contact our team to ensure your contact details are up to date.
Admin is available in Darlington Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need to cancel an appointment outside of admin hours, please:

The timestamp of your message will be used to determine the notice period provided.
All appointments are required to be paid in full at the time of your scheduled appointment.
