Cancellation Policy

Clinical Psychology Appointments

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is provided, the following fees apply:

Within 48 hours: $70 fee

Within 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee

Within 12 hours or non-attendance: Full fee charged

Please note: Medicare and private health rebates cannot be claimed for missed appointments.

Clients who are unwell may attend via telehealth. Please contact the clinic prior to your session so we can arrange pre-payment and send your telehealth link.

Physiotherapy & massage Appointments

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. If less notice is provided, the following fees apply:

Within 24 hours: 50% of the appointment fee

Within 12 hours or non-attendance: Full fee charged

Reminders & Weekend Cancellations

We send reminder text messages and emails 72 hours before each appointment. If you are not receiving these, please check your spam folder or contact us so we can review your account settings.

Admin is available in Darlington Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. If you need to cancel an appointment outside of admin hours, please:
